Alicia Clack

Alicia Maria Clack, age 74, passed away on April 30, 2017, in Albuquerque, NM.  Maria was born in Alabama and raised in Florida. She was proud to be the wife of an Air Force Non-Commissioned Officer. She and her husband, Joe, during his service-time and since, formed many beautiful and enduring friendships that they both cherished. She was an incredibly loving and supportive wife, mother, and grandmother, as well as a wonderful friend to many. Her work included florist, nursing home social worker, and health insurance supervisor. Her coworkers were always like family to her. Maria loved tending her plants & flowers, playing cards & dancing with dear friends, and spending time with her family. To know her was to love her!

She has joined in Heaven her late husband, Joseph Clack, and her parents, John and Alice Gorgas.  Alicia is survived by her son, Carl Clack (Mark Schwarz) (Kathleen Clack); daughter, Kerry Edwards (Tom Tyma); and grandson, Erik Clack (Rachel Perlman).

The family will be Gathering Monday, May 15, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Central United Methodist Church, 201 University Blvd. NE, in Albuquerque, where Funeral Services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m.  Interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
