Carl A. "Carlini" Gonzalez, age 76, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle was embraced by the Lord Thursday, August 20, 2015 and taken to Eternal Life. He was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on April 8, 1939. Carlini was a member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church. He enjoyed golfing, dancing, being with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Augustin Gonzalez and Segunda Perez; brothers, William and Joey Gonzalez. Carlini is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Baca; his children, Vanessa, Suzette (Amos), Eileen, and Marty. Also surviving are his siblings, Luis "Lou" and wife Penny, Judy, Rosie, Nancy, Junior (Zoe), Willie (Maribel), and Wandy; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 9502 Fourth St., NW.
