Dorothy Gonzales

Dorothy Gonzales, born February 6, 1945 resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico passed away on December 19, 2025 at the age of 80. Beloved wife, mother and grandmother who will be missed deeply.

Mrs. Gonzales is now reunited with the love of her life. Preceded in death by her husband Johnny B. Gonzales of 56 years. Father Manuel T. Anaya and sister Christine N. Roybal.

Mrs. Gonzales is survived by her loving daughter Denise M. Aragon and son-in-law Gilbert. Loving son Johnny A. Gonzales and daughter-in-law Valerieann. Beloved grandchildren, her pride and joy, Jordan Benildo Gonzales and Lilliana Crystalynn Michelle Gonzales.

Mrs. Gonzales worked for the City of Albuquerque Public Library before becoming a stay at home mom to raise her children. She later went back into the workforce and retired from APS Monte Vista Elementary School.

Pallbearers will be Jordan Gonzales, Joey Sookov, Adonis Baca, Andre Pino, Isaiah Gonzales, and Mario Tapia. Honorary Pallbearers are Lilliana Gonzales and Samantha Armstron.
