Frances Sanchez

Frances A. Sanchez, age 87, beloved and devoted mother, grandmother, and sister, was embraced by the Lord and taken to Eternal Life Wednesday, September 16, 2015.   She was born in Cuba, NM and was a resident of Albuquerque, NM.  Frances was a caring, loving, and kind person, who always made sure her family knew they were loved and taken care of. She enjoyed horse races, watching golf, eating and having snacks.  Frances will be fondly remembered for her sense of humor, love and laughter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rafael and Maria Aragon; her husband, Maximino M. Sanchez; daughter, Charlotte D. Sanchez; and granddaughter, Billie Frances Marie Tapia.  Frances is survived by her loving children, Robert "Bert" Sanchez and wife Beth, Patsy Romero and Judy A. Martinez and husband Ernest; her precious grandchildren, Stephen A. and Brenda Tapia, Gregory L. Romero; great-grandchildren, Stephen A. Jr., Anthony Ray, and Nathaniel Juan.  Also surviving are her siblings, Florentina Archuleta, Erenesto Aragon, Christova Aragon, and Olivia Partido; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Frances will be greatly missed by all.
A Rosary will be recited Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 9502 Fourth St., NW, Albuquerque, where the Service of Christian Burial will follow at 9:00 a.m.
