Isabel Martinez

Isabel  Martinez, age 64, beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister, was embraced by the Lord Thursday, November 3, 2016.   She was born in El Paso, TX and was a resident of Rio Rancho, NM.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jesus Velasco; and her husband, Michael Martinez.

Isabel is survived by her loving children, Mario Martinez and fiancée Jessica Hill, and Elisa Martinez; her precious granddaughters, Nina and Lillianna Martinez.  Also surviving are her loving mother, Dora Velasco; siblings, Sylvia Velasco, David Velasco and wife Elena,Corrine Sanchez and husband Bobby, Patty Candelaria and husband Harry, and Belinda Mora and husband Richard; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Isabel will be greatly missed by her loving family and by those whose lives she touched.

A Rosary will be recited Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Daniels Family Funeral Services - Alameda Mortuary, 9420 Fourth St., NW.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 9502 Fourth St., NW.  Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.  Casket Bearers will be Victor Martinez, David Velasco, Jude Saiz, Harry Candelaria, Anthony Martinez, and Ricardo Baratta.
