Josue Cebada

Josue "Tim" Cebada, age 78, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and uncle, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, July 25, 2018, while surrounded by his loving family.  He was born in Cuba, NM on September 4, 1939 and was a resident of Bernalillo, NM.  Tim served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War; after which he went to work for the Santa Fe Railroad and later retired.  Tim loved his family and enjoyed spending quality time with them.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Tomas and Veronica.  Tim is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Florence Cebada; his wonderful children, Michelle Cebada, Darlene Burnham and husband Tim, Gabriel Cebada and wife Beth; his precious grandchildren, Rachel, Amanda, Joshua, Ashlynn, Meagan, and Mikayla; his great-grandchildren, Luke, Addysen, Onecima, and Aubree; and other numerous loving relatives and friends.  Tim will be greatly missed by his loving family and by those whose lives he touched.

On behalf of Tim's family, they wish to express their sincere gratitude to all of Tim's caregivers.

Visitation will be Monday, July 30, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 301 Camino del Pueblo, Bernalillo, NM, where a Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m. and followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will take place at Sandia Memory Gardens, 9500 San Pedro NE in Albuquerque.  Pall Bearers will be Steve Cebada, Gabriel Cebada, Joshua Coleman, Tim Burnham, Joseph Galindo, and Adam Toledo.
