Levi Carriaga

Levi Carriaga went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, February 21, 2016.  Levi was born on May 5, 1940 and was a lifelong resident of Albuquerque North Valley.  Levi began working in the carpet business in 1962, but left to honorably serve his country in the United States Navy for four years; he then returned home to continue his carpet business.  Levi enjoyed bowling and loved being outdoors fishing, camping, and hunting.  Levi's smile, laughter and sense of humor will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his grandson, Adrian; his parents, Emilio and Jean; and brothers, Johnny, David, Orlando, and Emilio.  Levi is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Dorothy Carriaga; his children, Velma, Christine, and Eric; four granddaughters; and three great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the Albuquerque Veteran's Administration Hospital for the outstanding and loving care Levi received.

Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, February 26, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at El Buen Samaritano United Methodist Church, 700 Granite Avenue NW, Albuquerque.
