It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Monique Briones, who left this world on May 25, 2025, at home surrounded by her family and loved ones. Born on October 25, 1984, in Albuquerque, Monique lived a life filled with passion and purpose, making lasting memories with those fortunate enough to call her a friend or family member.
Monique graduated from Monzano High School, where she laid the foundation for a bright future. Her career spanned a decade at Myer's RV sales, where she not only excelled but passionately dedicated herself to the art of detailing recreational vehicles. Her love for this craft pushed her to acquire her Commercial Driver’s License and forklift certification, illustrating her commitment to learning every aspect of her beloved profession.
Those who knew Monique will remember her as a shining light whose interests reflected her vibrant spirit. She possessed a unique ability to be an analytical thinker at her job while simultaneously nurturing her creative side through painting. Monique treasured time spent with her family, manifesting love and strength in every moment shared. Her warm laughter, unwavering loyalty, and spirited enthusiasm for life will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She leaves behind a legacy of kindness and dedication, but mournfully joins her father, Mauricio Briones, in eternal rest. Monique’s memory will forever be cherished by those she leaves behind, and her spirit will live on in the happy moments she created and the love she so freely gave. May she find peace, and may her memory continue to inspire, comfort, and instill joy in the hearts of her loved ones.
