Born and raised in Albuquerque, Susie graduated from Bernalillo High School. After completing her education, she embraced the role of a homemaker. As a devoted wife to her late husband Leonides Casaus, Susie found immense fulfillment in raising their children and creating a loving home for her family.

One of Susie's greatest joys in life was spending time with her family. Her fondest memories were the quiet moments shared with her loved ones, treasuring each cherished conversation and laughter-filled gathering. Susie had an enchanting ability to make those around her feel appreciated and loved.

Susie's proudest accomplishments were undoubtedly raising her children and having the opportunity to spend quality time with her grandchildren. She dedicated herself entirely to creating a nurturing environment where they could flourish. Susie's unconditional love and support will forever be etched in the hearts of her loved ones.

In addition to being survived by her adoring grandchildren Aaron St. Clair, Nicolas St. Clair, Monique Casaus, Fabian Casaus Jr., and Cruzita Sandoval, Susie is also survived by her daughter Stella St. Clair and son Fabian Casaus.
