Tobe is survived by his son Tobe Martinez Jr from San Antonino TX,  son Anthony and wife Theresa Martinez of Albuquerque, NM; 8 grandkids; 3 great grandkids; 1 brother; 2 sister's and numerous niece's and nephew's.

Tobe was proceeded in death by his grandson Gabriel Martinez, his father Balt Martinez and mother Tillie Tafoya.
