Roy “Greg” Trujillo

Age 49, of Rio Rancho passed away unexpectedly on April 22, 2021. Greg loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed his time with his grandson, Elijah, who was everything to him. Greg also loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, camping, and hiking. He also enjoyed working in his backyard on numerous projects. Greg was a great provider and loved his job as a mover. In addition, Greg was quite the socializer. He loved having large gatherings at his home and spending time with his friends and family. Greg is preceded in death by his Parents: Roy and Merlinda Trujillo; In-laws: Edward and Louisa Duran; Brother-in-law: Eddie Duran, and nephew Nathaniel. All of which he loved and cherished. He is survived by his one and only love Annette, daughter Leslie (Josh), Sons: Joshua (Ethan) and Jonathon; grandson Elijah. He is also survived by his Sister: Antonette (Todd); Brother Phillip and his children Cassandra and Robbie; Brother-in-laws: Amos (Judy), Lloyd (Irene), Anthony (Charlene),Paul;(Yvette), Ruben; Sister-in-laws: Ruthie, Edwina (Gabriel), Ella (Julian); Godchildren: Brianna, Mariah, Noah and Stevie. He is also survived by numerous family and friends all of which lives he touched. Pallbearers Phillip, Robbie, Todd, Amos, Gabriel, Paul, Richard, and Fred.

In memory of Greg, the family will plant a seed every year on Earth Day.

All services will be at the Church of the Incarnation, 2309 Monterrey Rd NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87144. A Viewing will be held on Friday, April 30th at 5:00pm, followed by a Rosary at 6:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 11:00am. Interment to follow at Vista Verde Memorial Park.
